Subscriptions to the channel are paid for, which have not unsubscribed from the channel within 6 hours from the moment of subscription

Working conditions:
- initial hold 7 days, after quality check, hold can be reduced

KPI (expected traffic quality):
- number of subscribers who should go to the dialogue must be at least 30%

In case of failure to achieve KPI or use of non-targeted approaches\creatives, the rate can be adjusted based on the traffic already cast, at the verification stage\exit from hold.
